I saw Marianne's comment and I did realize I needed to at least a little update for all of you who don't have or check
Facebook frequently. We have arrived in North Carolina after seven full days of traveling from Arizona. We stopped in El
Paso, TX; Dallas, TX (Jess Jensen and Tony); Jackson, MS;
Phenix City, AL (Sara, Alex and Jensen); Charleston, SC (my car); and finally arrived to Fort Bragg. We were in the post hotel for four days before we took
possession of our on-post digs. We have never lived on-post so this will be a new experience. We survived for five days on mats and supplies from the Lending Closet and then the shipment came! It has been so nice to finally feel at home sitting on my couch, sleeping in my bed...Hasn't happened since April! The night before the shipment came
Kennedi woke up at 3AM with a coughing fit but I had nothing to do with her. I went in picked her up and had to sit on the ground to rock her because I had no furniture. I know that for many people, that is reality, it was nice to have that moment to remember to be grateful for all that I have but also know how much I can live without.
My first order of business is always getting my kitchen together but right after that I was headed to put
Kennedi's crib together. I couldn't wait to let her sleep in her nice comfy bed especially because she is sick so it is easier to prop her up in it.
She is starting to feel a bit better. I am now pretty sick but isn't that how it works?! John just started his Permissive
TDY so he has the next ten days off of work to help get us all set up around here. If you want to see what we are living in you can check out the
slideshow and virtual tour
here Sara posted a lot of the pictures of our visit to them so you can check our
her post to see them for now until I get them posted on here.
Here are some pictures of the last few weeks. I really should have more but I have been slacking...sorry!

She is so silly
This is when Bolt was put on to create a bit of chill time
After we tearfully left the Garner's we stopped in Peach County Georgia at the
cutest little Peach orchard. Had some cobbler, ice cream and kisses....
Little miss K and her ice cream
Giving each other squishy faces
In the driveway while we got the storage room in some sort of order.
It will be a blink of an eye before I am taking this picture for real....
why do they have to grow up so fast?
Unpacking is so exhausting for a sick little thing.
Poor girl is sacked out

All the things you find when unpacking. Ear muffs for the airplane or shooting range, mommy's stool that she built in Jr. High = Happiness for a toddler
For the sick girls John got popsicles. Kennedi decided to treat it like corn-on-the-cob.
It was pretty cute.

There ya go Marianne, your wish is my command! Thanks for all the love and support you all give us! Sure love ya!
